Contact us for access to our online intake form. This process is time sensitive and requires completion in 5 days.
Speech therapy is often stated as a covered benefit by most insurances, though coverage depends on the member’s specific plan and a primary medical diagnosis. After scheduling, a verification of your child’s benefits is performed.
